One woman show
At the moment, TKD is a one woman show. It’s just me, Alisa, offering doula support. Now you may see my sister Ashlynn’s name pop up because she helps me do a lot of behind the scenes work like sending contracts, responding to emails, and managing social media content. So please be patient with me! As much as I wish I could do all the things, that is not possible. Our packages
Prenatal
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore what their birth will look like. In the first meeting we will go over basic birth plan details and how you need to be supported. The second meeting is designed to explore your options in depth and learn about some risks. The third meeting, we will be setting up your support team. Finalizing who you want in your birth space.
3- One hour sessions | $300
Birth Support
In person support. I will be on call starting at 38 weeks up until you give birth. This package comes with three prenatal visits, text and phone support, support during labor and birth, and one postpartum visit.
Varies | $2,250
Postpartum Support
In person support. This package gives you access to me via text and phone call. This package is 100% customizable to you and baby’s needs. Choose between 10-40 hours a week for me to support you.
10-40 hours | $200-$3,000
Virtual Support
Online support. These sessions are designed to talk about anything and everything your heart desires. We will select a few main topics to focus on beforehand that way I can prepare materials for us to work through. This package is for any women in any stage of motherhood, and that goes for non-expectant women hoping to conceive in the future. Think of this as a mini course specifically designed for whatever topic you want to know more about.
