I was not sure if hiring a doula for my birth was something I needed, but Alisa offered her texting support and virtual support, and it was just what I needed. She was so upfront about not having been through birth herself, but she does a lot of research to be able to answer any questions you might have. I love how calm and reassuring she was that I was doing exactly what I needed to be doing for baby.
